01What currency are prices in?+
All prices and shipping are in US Dollars (USD), wherever you are in the world. Your card is charged in USD.
02Do you ship to my country?+
We ship worldwide from the UK. A few destinations may be excluded where a carrier doesn't deliver or local law restricts bladed tools. See the Shipping Policy.
03When do I get free shipping?+
Free standard shipping on every order of $60 USD or more. Below that, a flat $6.99 USD applies.
04Do you sell powered tools?+
No. We sell home storage and non-powered hand tools only — no powered machinery, no gas appliances, no pressure-bearing plumbing parts.
05Are the knife and blade products safe to order?+
Yes — our utility/craft knives are everyday household tools for opening, trimming and crafting, sold to adults 18+. Keep them away from children and follow local rules on carrying bladed tools. For hygiene and safety, opened blades can't be returned. See Returns.
06How do returns work?+
Return unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Start a return by emailing us for an RMA. Full details in the Return Policy.
07How long do refunds take?+
We process approved refunds within 5 business days of receiving a return, back to your original payment method via Stripe. See the Refund Policy.
08Is checkout secure?+
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe over 256-bit SSL and we never store your card details. Your statement shows DAVIDLOWEPH STORE.
09Can I buy in bulk for a business?+
Yes — use the Trade / Bulk form for volume pricing on any SKU.
