Return Policy

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are:

• Unopened and unused;
• In their original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact;
• Complete with any included parts, manuals and accessories.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: utility / craft knives that have been unsealed, and any replacement-blade packs. This is standard for items with sharp edges and does not affect faulty-goods rights below.

Bundles must be returned complete; partial bundle returns are not accepted.

• Email support@davidloweph.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
• We issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back within 14 days of the RMA.
• Return shipping for non-faulty items is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and will replace it or refund you in full, including original shipping. Report it within 14 days of delivery with a photo where possible.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including any legal right of withdrawal that applies to distance purchases in your jurisdiction.
